Purchase order
Details must be received in writing before production can begin.

We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information or information not neatly typed or printed. All items are produced  with standard features unless specified.

Artwork
Electronic art file is prefered

Camera-ready artwork is a clear and clean black and white reproduction on a white paper and properly sized. (Prescreened art, not accepted). To avoid costly imprint errors, your submitted copy should be neatly typed and organized with simple, direct instructions. If client is unable to supply artwork, we can do it for him. Charges will be confirmed before production of art.

E-mail: contact Customer Service in order to transfer artwork via Internet. Artwork is kept on file for (3) months and will be returned if requested on your purchase order.

Adobe Illustrator (.ai), font has to be outlined. CorelDraw (.cdr) font has to be converted to curve.

Material
Factory reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality for all product in this catalog. Exact PMS or material match cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-Production samples
If needed, we will produce and charge for the preproduction sample. Exact PMS or material match cannot be guaranteed.

Paper Proofs
Paper proofs are done at no charge (fax).

When a proof is approved  by you, the order is then produced accordingly. Any errors on the proof not brought to our attention becomes your responsibility. Also, liability resulting from the error(s) is your responsibility.

All order details & fax proof approved must be received in writing before production can begin.

Production time
Normal production time is 15 - 20 working days for "production ready" orders. The 15 working days for orders requiring a proof will begin when the signed proof approval reaches our factory. Changes to proofs will delay production until all changes are approved.

Cancellation
Cancellations are subject to all  costs incurred to date.

Return Policy
We have to be advised within 10 days from the reception of   the goods if there is a manufacturing problem. We will not take into consideration  your request if done more than 10 days after  the reception of the goods.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight
20% OF FREIGHT COST WILL BE BILLED as a service charge for handling.

UPS or Purolator will be used if no shipping instructions are specified.

Freight Claims
The proper transfer of your order to a recognized carrier also transfers liability. All claims of any nature (e.g. : loss, damage, theft, breakage) must be made with the carrier at point of delivery.

Split/Drop Shipments
When orders require shipment on different dates, the entire order is billed upon the first shipment.  Moreover, orders must be completely shipped within 12 months. Split/drop shipments incur a handling charge per address, plus shipping.

Terms
Net : 30 days. New clients, who have not yet established an account with Du Pont Impression Inc., are required to make full payment in advance with the order. Those who wish to open an account with us are required to supply us with the names of four of their suppliers along with the full address and telephone number of their bank.

Trademarks
I hereby declare and say that I am duly authorized and allowed to print or reproduce the logos, trademarks or copyrights that I requested Du Pont Impression Inc. to reproduce in whole or in part.  I also declare that the logos, trademarks or copyrights that I requested Du Pont Impression Inc. to reproduce comply with the law in effect.  Thus, I waive any liability claim or recourse against Du Pont Impression Inc. based on the reproduction of such intellectual proprieties and hereby agree and covenant to represent and act as its agent if any claim should arise against Du Pont Impression Inc..  I hereby agree and covenant to indemnify Du Pont Impression Inc. for any damages that could result from the reproduction in part or in whole of said logos, trademarks or copyrights.
